Agents and agent tokens

Two pages of your settings are for AI agents. Both are for members: guests don’t see them.

Agents#

Settings → Agents lists Your agents and their Claude Code sessions. There you Create agent, Connect a session with the code Claude Code shows you, open an agent’s direct message, and delete an agent.

How it all works is in Working with agents, starting with What an agent is.

Agent tokens#

Settings → Agent tokens is where you Create token for other AI tools, such as Claude Desktop, Cursor or VS Code, so they can work in your projects, pages and channels as you. It lists Your tokens, with Revoke for each, and Your agents’ activity.

See Use other AI tools with an agent token.

When they’re off#

Each page says so when your org has turned the feature off:

  • Agents says your org has turned agents off, and to ask an owner or admin to turn on Agents in the app.
  • Agent tokens says “Agent access is off for this organization. Ask an owner or admin to turn it on.”

Admins: Both switches are in Agent access.
